Congratulations, you’re getting married!
You’ve booked a venue, arranged the catering and ordered the flowers but you’re feeling a little overwhelmed from all the to-do lists and perhaps a little underwhelmed in the connection department?
Or maybe you’re not walking down the aisle but you’re in a committed relationship and looking to connect on a deeper level…
How would it feel to…
Put the focus on what this milestone period should be about - you, as a couple?
Have the space and framework to really shine a light on who you are as a couple now and who you want to be going forward?
Gain greater awareness into yourself as a partner, your partner and your relationship dynamic?
Be in a connected, aligned headspace in the lead up to and on your wedding day?
Have the tools to create the relationship you want now and well beyond the day you say “I do”?
Welcome to Connect & Reflect.
A pre-marriage coaching series
This coaching series is for you if:
You’ve been with your partner for a while now and although you know want to get married, you want to get clear on why you’re taking the leap so it doesn’t just feel like the next step.
Or maybe you haven’t been together all that long in the scheme of things and want to accelerate the depth of your relationship by having open, honest discussions on important topics.
You have high expectations not just for how you want to experience your wedding day but for how you want to experience your relationship for the rest of your life.
You or your partner feel you lack the tools or space to have deeper conversations in a constructive way in the course of every day life.
How it works
Step 1.
If you’re ready to get going, you can book in your first session using the button below.
Alternatively, you can get in touch if you have any questions or need guidance on the best coaching format for you.
Step 2.
This coaching series involves 4 x 90 minute sessions. These are 1-on-2, jointly with you and your partner and can be held via Zoom or at your home if you live in the Perth Metroplitan area.
In each session, we explore a different topic, fundamental to a thriving relationship:
Our Inner Worlds
Connection & Commitment
Communication & Conflict
Dreams & Adventures
As part of the series, there is some minor pre-work so we can get the most out of our time together.
You’ll also receive follow up workbooks after each session so you can continue to explore each topic together.
Step 3.
I love to hear from you after we finish with our sessions. I will continue to be a resource for you at any point in your relationship journey after our time together.
What exactly is relationship coaching?
Partnering in a thought provoking and creative process to inspire couples to maximise their relationship potential.
Support to unblock communication styles that contribute to conflict or other undesired dynamics.
A process facilitating reflection through questioning and exercises to encourage new perspectives.
A forum to deepen your understanding of the neuroscience behind our approach to interpersonal communication and gain tools to practically apply these.

What People Are Saying
“I would recommend this coaching series as I think it is extremely useful to delve into what you and your partner value, what motivates you and your partner, how you might connect and commit to each other, how you communicate together, what techniques you tend to use to try to resolve conflict and explore your dreams and adventures together. This is a fun coaching series that allows you to connect better with your partner and explore your relationship on a deeper level.”
— Rachael

— Jacob
“A fun and insightful trip into what makes your relationship.”
— Ben
“At a time when everything is so busy (right before a wedding) it was really nice to be reminded how solid our relationship is and what we've built it on. I found it made me feel closer with my partner which was really nice and reminded me of why he is so special to me.”

FAQs
Do we need to be getting married to do the coaching series?
No. While the lead up to getting hitched is a nice time to jump into this sort of exercise, it’s certainly not the only time it’s beneficial. So if marriage isn’t your thing, ever or at this stage, but you’re at a point where you’d like to get intentional around what you’d like your relationship to look like, this is 100% for you.
Does our relationship need to be in trouble to get something out of it?
Absolutely not. A bumpy patch is a natural time to connect and reflect on the topics we cover however you certainly don’t need to wait to get to this point before consciously shining a light on these while you’re in a good place. In fact, isn’t it better to go through this exercise before you hit the road bumps life can throw at us?
How much is my investment?
This coaching series costs AU$1,099. This includes 6 hours of coaching and includes all material.
Are coaching sessions held in person or online?
Depending on your preference and what works with your lifestyle, the sessions can be held either online over Zoom or at your home if you live in the Perth Metropolitan area.
Do we need to fit in all four sessions before we get married?
I recommend the sessions are spaced fortnightly over a two month period sometime in the year leading up to your wedding. However, if it’s not practical for any reason we can definitely schedule all or some of the sessions after the wedding. The benefits will be realised at any stage!
Can we pick and choose sessions or do we need to do all four?
If you’d like to focus on one or two areas rather than cover all four topics, then the Couples Coaching sessions may be more beneficial for you.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
The biggest difference between coaching and therapy is that as a coach, I do not assess, diagnose or treat mental illness. Coaching has been described as having a future orientation in contrast to therapy which can involve a deep exploration into your past or childhood trauma. The coaching process is focused on encouraging self reflection and inspiring action.
